Well, ISS are by definition neutral. They can't insist that NAP's that rely on the NAP-er being friends with a third party, it goes against the prinicpals on which ISS where founded.

I didn't convo anyone from IAC when ZX was seiged. In fact, someone from IAC convo'd me and I had to close the convo due to being involved in a fight with some Empire war targets.
ISS havent sided with anyone though, they are still blue to IAC and they are now blue to CC/CDC. Thats the nature of the beast.

Gus, seriously, what are you talking about? If you have the convo transcript please post it, but I know you can't because I did not convo you. You're entitled to your opinion, but you are not entitled to make up outright lies about me.
Its up to you to negotiate an NAP with CC/CDC, not ISS. Though this is getting a little off topic. I'm sure you will join me in wishing CC and ISS a prosperous and happy future as peaceful neighbours, which can only benefit the wider region.

What have my personal actions got to do with anything? I'm not in a corp atm and I'll shoot whoever I wish, its nothing to do with you, or anyone else, and its completely off-topic.
Here is that fact: At no time during the ZX seige did I consult with anyone from IAC for advice. The plans against the seige were drawn up by Count, not me, as I am sure he would confirm if you asked him.
